1. Anyone can vote, but only verified people can comment (Except in discussion)
2. verification is handled by DMing the JI tops insta your username on here
*still figuring out a better way to do this
3. To avoid legal shit, you have to request permission to be featured in ANY vote (even if you are commented or voted for)
4. Keep anything political prejudice or otherwise outta here. This is for fun, not hate
